It feels really good

Just wanted to write a quick post to tell you all how good it feels to be hearing from everyone, and hearing the words of encouragement. I have been overwhelmed by the support in my decision to close EcoUnique. It has really cleared my mind and I am ready to reinvent my vision of Art to Wear! I am starting on some amazing new threads this week, including a Lone Star Dress. The Lone Star Dress was a classic piece I used to make a lot and they always serve the purpose of getting my creativity going again.
Thank you ALL SO much for your kindness, it means the world to me!

Jess, this is really a comment about all of your posts.... Motherhood changes everything...and life stops for no one. I look forward to seeing some of your beautiful creations on ebay or etsy, and thank you for being an inspiration...not only as a seamstress & designer, but as a fellow sister of earth... as someone who is willing to follow their dreams & fearlessly move forward. Blessing to you & yours~

Good luck with all your new ventures, I have 2 pairs of cropped trousers, a skirt and some trousers I bought from you quite a while ago now and I love and continue to get compliments on them.

I've just finished making my first pair of 50% hemp 50% organic cotton trousers after enrolling on a dress making course! I think this new direction in my life is partly inspired by your achievements with Eco Unique. much love, tp.

Hey Jess, I totally hear you about everything in your past few posts. I want to create, but hate that I can never create for my own family(don't have time). Sounds like you are moving on into a better place with your creativity.

As another woman on a journey, I can tell you that making decisions to change your original "plan" can be more jarring to those around you than to you. (At least this is what I have found.) The only thing you can do is follow your heart. Best of luck to you on your art, your family and following your bliss.
